Twelve frames of black, one light that uncovers the mark, and a shine across the letters twenty frames later.
Make your own logo reveal animation
Brings a logo out of black with a light sweep across it, which is the shortest way to make a flat mark look like an object. Say a sentence like the one below and your agent writes you a different one — free, in your browser.
Say this to your agent
>Reveal our logo out of black with a light sweep.
Or ask for a different one
Not settings — each one builds something else.
>Reveal the logo out of white instead of black, with a soft shadow underneath.
>Hold the logo for two seconds after the reveal so I can put a tagline under it.
>A logo reveal where the sweep leaves the mark in colour and everything else stays grey.
What it worked out on its own
Twelve frames of black. Two seconds is a stall and four frames is a flicker; twelve reads as deliberately empty.
The mark is clipped to the light's trailing edge rather than faded in behind it, so the wipe and the reveal are one event instead of two effects stacked.
The second pass is a shine: a narrow parallelogram clipping a brighter copy of the same type — the difference between a logo displayed and a logo presented.
A soft mirrored copy under the mark implies a surface, so the logo is standing on something rather than floating in a void.
