What it worked out on its own
Built on one number — a 26-frame beat — so every entrance is a multiple of it and the rhythm is exact rather than approximately even.
Lines arrive out of focus and resolve. Blur is the cheapest cue available that reads as a camera rather than as a transition.
A rule down the left grows one line-height per beat, so the rhythm is visible as well as felt.
The phrase carrying the argument gets a drawn rule after the sentence settles — the one gesture a template could not have made.
